THE WEDDING OF THE CENTURY!

I experienced such a wonderful weekend in Lexington, Kentucky. My youngest niece married her boyfriend she has been with since she was 13 and he was 14. It really has been a fairy tale romance!

The wedding was so unique in the sense that it combined two cultures. Khalid's family came in Thursday night from Jordan. So the Muslim wedding was on Friday afternoon, and then the Christian marriage ceremony was on Sat. evening, which also included part of the Muslim ceremony.

This is Noelle,(above) and the jewelry she is wearing is part of her custom order that we designed together (on the right). Her brides maids wore bracelets and earrings that was part of the gifts she gave them, that we also designed together.

Needless to say, I cried when I put her necklace on her. It fit her dress perfectly and she looked like a princess (as you can see for yourself)! I had given her the bracelet months before, and I redesigned it for the wedding because she loved the pearl shape and the color of the pearls. The color was also so perfect, and the earrings ended up being the single pearl stud, that I also made.

Khalid and Noelle ~ I wish you only the best for your life together.

I love you both...

I also love the challenge of working together with a client to create that special treasure that will be loved and worn forever!
