Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The first day of October brings to mind many feelings and many special occasions. Not only is it the Halloween month, it is my daughter's and my birthday month, it is always a month of celebrations. This year will be no exception...

Last night she and I were taking a walk to clear out all the cobwebs at a park that is not too far from where we live.

This is a gorgeous park in the middle of a desert with ducks, swans, Canadian Geese, large koi, and turtles, (and who knows what else).

We just strolled around and practiced Spanish and just enjoyed each others company. Can you see the three turtles on the rock? It was really a special way to spend the evening.

October is also Breast Cancer Awareness month and for this I have made this bracelet,

rose quartz, cultured freshwater pearls, and sterling silver bracelet with a pink ribbon charm

When I sell my jewelry, there are a few of my favorite charities that I donate to and this month I will be donating to American Cancer Foundation, Donation Page, and Jessica June's Children's Cancer Foundation.

By the way, there is an exciting event if you are living in So. Florida.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
I love visitors.
